Every card market is one card at one grade, priced from every copy of it in the vault. Each slab is marked at its insured value, averaged with its live ask when that ask is within half to double of insured. The price moves by the average change of those copies, so a copy arriving or leaving never moves it on its own. Indexes do the same across every PSA 10 slab of a character. Deeper cards allow more leverage: 5x at 20 or more copies, 3x at 5 or more, 2x below that.
